Because we offer a mix of direct-stock items and specialized/custom parts sourced internationally and inspected at our facility, specific handling characteristics may vary per product.
3. Orders and Payments
Prices are listed in Euros and include taxes unless stated otherwise.
Orders are processed once payment is confirmed.
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock limitations, incorrect pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity.
4. Shipping and Delivery
In-stock items are typically processed within 1 business day. Specialized or custom parts (such as carbon components) undergo a quality inspection at our facility, which may extend processing times to 7–14 business days before dispatch.
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the type of product ordered.
A tracking code will be provided once your order has shipped.
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes.
5. Returns and Refunds
Products can be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused, uninstalled, and in their original condition and packaging.
Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Custom, special-order, or personalized parts are non-refundable unless proven faulty.
6. Safety and Liability
Always follow the instructions and safety guidelines provided with your product.
MRI Performance is not liable for damages, fines, or vehicle issues resulting from improper use, installation, or legal compliance of our products on public roads.
Users are fully responsible for ensuring their vehicle and modifications comply with local laws and regulations.

All content, including images, text, design, and logos, is the property of MRI Performance and may not be used, copied, or distributed without explicit permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
MRI Performance is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website.
Our total liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the specific product purchased.
